Anonymous contributions

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, address or account. Submissions contain item photographs, a title, category, optional product description and relevant topics. Do not include people, documents, contacts, identifying labels or location details. Photographs and text are reviewed before publication.

Your photos and rights

Only submit photographs you have the right to publish. You retain ownership and permit this independent journal to display approved photographs anonymously. Files are decoded and re-encoded; original filenames and embedded EXIF location metadata are discarded. This does not remove personal details visible in a photograph, so check your images before submitting.

Requests to the editors

The request form collects a description of the issue without contact details. Keep the request reference shown after submission. This is an anonymous inbox; it does not send personal replies. For corrections or removal, identify the photograph by its title and describe the issue without sharing private information.

Retention

Approved photographs remain public until withdrawn or removed. Rejected submissions and editor requests are removed within 30 days. Pending submissions remain private. Only the password-protected editorial desk on permitted IP addresses can review them. Local backups rotate daily and retain three snapshots.

Essential technical data

Essential session cookies protect forms and editor sign-in. A short-lived hashed network identifier limits abuse and is not attached to a submission. Security logs contain IP addresses and rejected request paths for abuse prevention, with bounded rotation.

Public visit analytics

The public .art, .blog and .life pages use separate Yandex Metrica counters, including Webvisor session replay, click maps and link statistics. Yandex receives technical visit information and may set analytics cookies. Search queries, contribution forms, upload previews, editor requests and the private desk are excluded or masked; signed-in editors and requests signalling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded.
